The modo platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are permitted to hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on the platform. modo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

All transactions on the modo platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) using the local payment methods displayed in your account dashboard. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification checks and any applicable wagering requirements linked to active promotions. modo does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Balances that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to the dormant account policy described in your account settings. Bonuses credited to your account must be used within the validity period stated in the offer — unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your balance without compensation.
